Tables in Zilliant CPQ organize different types of information across key business objects, such as quotes and agreements. You can customize how data is displayed in tables to focus on the most relevant information.
There are three types of tables in CPQ:
List tables (such as a list of agreements or quotes)
Line item tables (such as the Line Items tab in agreements)
Price item table (Price Items tab in quotes and agreements)

To customize the table layout in CPQ, enable the new UI.
Access tables
Each table type is located on a specific screen:
List table
From the application left navigation area, select an object, such as Agreement or Quotes. The table appears as a list view of records.
Line item table
Open a quote, an agreement under negotiation, or a published agreement.
Go to the Items or Line Items tab.
Price item table
Open the Price Items tab in a quote or in an agreement.
Manage column visibility
In the upper-right corner of the table, select Customize.
In the new dialog, next to the column name, turn on or off the View switch to manage column visibility.
Select an area outside the dialog to apply the changes.
Rearrange columns
You can rearrange columns directly in the table or from the column customization dialog.
From the table
Drag and drop the column title to set its position in the table.
From the column customization dialog
In the upper-right corner of the table, select Customize.
In the new dialog, drag and drop the column title to set its position in the table.
Select an area outside the dialog to apply the changes.
Resize columns
Hover over the edge of the column title, then drag the border to adjust the column width.
