Search, filter, and sort data in list tables

Note

You can quickly find and organize records in CPQ list tables using the search, filter, and sort features. This helps you focus on the most relevant information and easily find the data you need.

In list tables, such as a list of agreements or quotes, you can:

To customize tables in CPQ, enable the new UI.

Search records in the list table

  1. From the application left navigation area, select an object, such as Agreement or Quotes.

  2. Select columns to include in the search.

  3. Above the table, in the upper right corner, select Search.

  4. Enter a value to search for matching records.

  1. From the application left navigation area, select an object, such as Agreement or Quotes.

  2. In the upper-right corner of the table, select Customize.

  3. In the new dialog, turn on the Include in Search switch for up to three columns.

  4. Select an area outside the dialog to apply the changes.

Filter list table records

  1. From the application left navigation area, select an object, such as Agreement or Quotes.

  2. Above the table, in the upper right corner, select Filter and Sort.

  3. On the Filter and Sort dialog, go to the Filter tab.

  4. From the Column dropdown list, select the column you want to filter by.

  5. From the Operator dropdown list, select the filter operator.

  6. In the Value field, enter the value to filter the records.

  7. (Optional.) To add another filter, select + Add.

  8. Select Save.

Sort list table records

  1. From the application left navigation area, select an object, such as Agreement or Quotes.

  2. Above the table, in the upper right corner, select Filter and Sort.

  3. On the Filter and Sort dialog, go to the Sort tab.

  4. From the Column dropdown list, select the column you want to sort by.

  5. Select Ascending or Descending as the sort order.

  6. (Optional.) To add another sorting condition, select + Add.

  7. Select Save.
