Use the Published Actions workbook to manage published campaign actions and actions under review.
To view the workbook, go to Campaign Manager > Published Actions. The workbook contains four worksheets:
Review and update published actions
Review and update published actions in the Published Campaign Actions worksheet. By default, this worksheet displays all published, active actions.
An action is active if:
It has not been canceled.
AND
It has an open status (Identified or Pursuing).
OR
It has a closed status (Dismissed, Snoozed, Won, Lost, Accepted, or Rejected), and the Reactivation Period is not complete.
An action is visible if:
It has not been canceled.
AND
It has an open status (Identified or Pursuing).
OR
It has a closed status (Dismissed, Snoozed, Won, Lost, Accepted, or Rejected), and the Visibility Period After Closed is not complete.
The Visible checkbox in this worksheet indicates which actions are still visible to front-end system users.
KPI Cards
The Published Campaign Actions worksheet includes a number of customizable KPI cards. They provide a summary of all published, active actions.
Standard KPI cards include:
- Total Active Actions—Shows the total number of active actions on the worksheet. Calculation is performed after worksheet filters have been applied.
- Status = Identified—Shows the number of active actions with the status of Identified. Calculation is performed after worksheet filters have been applied.
- Status = Pursuing—Shows the number of active actions with the status of Pursuing. Calculation is performed after worksheet filters have been applied.
- Selected Actions—Shows the number of selected actions. It ignores any filters applied to the worksheet.
Worksheet actions
The Published Campaign Actions worksheet has eight worksheet actions. These worksheet actions only apply to selected published actions, and are used to perform mass updates.
- Pursue Selected Actions
- Close-Win Selected Actions
- Close-Loss Selected Actions
- Dismiss Selected Actions
- Snooze Selected Actions
- Accept Selected Actions
- Reject Selected Actions
- Cancel Selected Actions
Note that these mass update worksheet actions do not update the Pursued Date or Closed Date fields.
Due to limits in Salesforce, mass update worksheet actions can process only as many as 4,975 actions at a time when using Sales Planner.
