Go to the Feedback Loop worksheet to see the feedback loop configuration and the current pursued rate for each published combination of Action Type + Product Group + Feedback Loop Segment. The pursued rate calculated in this worksheet is referenced in the Action Review worksheet.
Note
The feedback loop only considers actions that have not been canceled.
The Feedback Loop worksheet includes the following standard, calculated columns used to configure the feedback loop:
- Max Days Published—Defines the maximum number of days after an action is published that its status factors into the pursued rate.
- Min Days Published—Defines the minimum number of days after an action is published before its status factors into the pursued rate.
- Min Observations—Defines the minimum number of actions that must be published between the specified start and end dates before a pursued rate can be calculated.
- Start Date—Dynamic date based on the Max Days Published setting.
- End Date—Dynamic date based on the Min Days Published setting.
- Observations—Total count of actions published between the specified start and end dates.
- Pursued Observations—Total count of actions published between the specified start and end dates with a status of Pursuing, Won, Lost, Accepted, or Rejected.
- Pursued Rate—Ratio of pursued observations to total observations when the number of observations exceeds the Min Observations setting.
