Zilliant CPQ acts as a collaboration platform for users from cross-functional teams. In many organizations, representatives from sales, design, engineering, and product teams collectively prepare quotes.
CPQ supports this process through the Routing feature. This feature enables users to assign a quote to different functional experts so that they can provide input as required.
Learn more about how to:
- Route open quotes
- Revoke routing
- Enable routing for accepted quotes
- Route accepted quotes
- Enable routed users to edit quotes
