Prerequisites
Create an email template with the appropriate subject and body. Read Email templates.
Configure email approvals to include approval rules and conditions
You can configure Email templates to expose approval conditions and rules. This eliminates the need to sign in to the system to view details about the quote.
Email approval with attached proposal
You can forward the approval email with an attached PDF proposal to customers without signing in to the system.
Proposal default pages—such as the cover page and terms and conditions page—are regenerated after the quote or agreement is approved. The submitter receives an email notification with the proposal attached.
Custom watermarks
