About report templates

Use templates for proposals, reports, and email notifications. Zilliant CPQ offers the following templates:

• Proposal report templates (.pdf, .docx, .xlsx)—Sales reps can use this template to define the appearance and behavior of the quote document proposal. They can customize the template by adding attachments and changing the template's structure. For more information, read Proposal report templates.

• Excel report template (.xlsx)—Define workbook templates to download the quote's header, item, and configuration information. Use this workbook file in Excel format for further data maintenance. Upload the workbook for changes to take effect. For more information, read Excel report templates.

• Email notification templates—Configure email notifications about changes in opportunities and quotes, or about quote approval. For more information, read Email notification templates.
