Manage agreements under negotiation

Learn how to work with agreements under negotiation:
Access agreements under negotiation
From the application left navigation area, select Agreement.
From the top navigation bar, select All Agreements (Under Negotiation).
Scroll or search to locate the agreement and select it from the list.
In the agreement, in the upper right corner, select the agreement version.
Select a tab to view information or make changes:
Line Items—Add and configure agreement line items. For details, read Manage line items.
Overview—Manage agreement and pricing information. For details, read Manage agreement information.
Notes—View and add notes for the agreement. For details, read Manage agreement notes.
Approvals—View the approval process and status for the agreement. For details, read About approvals and Submit agreements for approval.
Partners—View and add agreement partners. For details, read Manage agreement partners.
Attachments—View and add agreement attachments. For details, read Manage agreement attachments.
Assign agreements
Use one of the following methods to assign agreements.
Assign one agreement
From the application left navigation area, select Agreement.
From the top navigation bar, select All Agreements (Under Negotiation).
Scroll or search to locate the agreement.
On the agreement row, select
. Then select an option:
Select Assign to me to assign the agreement to yourself. You'll become the agreement's primary owner. Additionally, on the Partners tab in the agreement, the Default switch for the Owner Party function will be set to YES.
Select Assign to Others, then select a user to assign the agreement to.
Assign one or multiple agreements
From the application left navigation area, select Agreement.
From the top navigation bar, select All Agreements (Under Negotiation).
Scroll or search to locate the agreements.
Select checkboxes next to the IDs of one or multiple agreements.
From the top button bar, select a button:
Select Assign to me to assign the agreement to yourself. You'll become the agreement's primary owner. Additionally, on the Partners tab in the agreement, the Default switch for the Owner Party function will be set to YES.
Select Assign to Others, then select a user to assign the agreement to.
Publish agreements
Tip
To ensure that product details in the agreement are up-to-date, run presubmission checks before publishing the agreement.
To publish an accepted agreement:
From the bottom button bar, select Actions > Publish.
The agreement moves to the Agreements (Published) tab. For details on working with published agreements, read Manage published agreements.
Copy agreements
Use one of the following methods to copy an agreement.
From the agreement list
From the application left navigation area, select Agreement.
From the top navigation bar, select All Agreements (Under Negotiation).
On the agreement row, select
, then select Copy Agreement.
From the agreement
From the bottom button bar, select Actions > Copy Agreement.
Delete agreements
Use one of the following methods to delete agreements.
Delete one agreement
From the application left navigation area, select Agreement.
From the top navigation bar, select All Agreements (Under Negotiation).
On the agreement row, select
, then select Delete.
Delete one or multiple agreements
From the application left navigation area, select Agreement.
From the top navigation bar, select All Agreements (Under Negotiation).
Select checkboxes next to the IDs of one or multiple agreements.
In the upper right corner, select
