Run presubmission checks

To ensure that product and pricing data in your agreement under negotiation are up-to-date, at any moment you can check it for:

  • Available product substitutions

  • New knowledge base versions

  • Inactive products

  • Products whose type changed from configurable to classified

  • Inactive pricing schemes

To run presubmission checks on an agreement:

  1. From the application left navigation area, select Agreement.

  2. From the top navigation bar, select All Agreements (Under Negotiation).

  3. Select an agreement.

  4. On the bottom button bar, select Pre-submit Checks.

  5. Select the checks to run, then select Run Selected Checks.

    If the application detects any issues, the Pre-submit Checks Result dialog appears. Resolve the issues or close the dialog.

Tip

If only one of the presubmission checks is available in your profile, you won't see the Pre-submit Checks button. Instead, you'll see one of the following buttons, depending on the available check:

  • Material Substitutions

  • New Knowledge Base Versions

  • Inactive Products

  • Configurable to Classified Products

  • Inactive Pricing Scheme
