The header is the topmost section on the object detail screen. It displays the object’s primary title and secondary title, and additional buttons, such as Favorite, Tag, or Open Pricing Simulation. The header remains visible as you switch between tabs, helping you identify the record and access key actions consistently.

Prerequisites
To customize the header:
Verify that you have the UI EXTENSIBILITY PERMISSION. For details on assigning permissions, read Role management.
Customize the object’s primary title
Define which field value to use as the primary title:
Open the customization dialog from the object header section.
Go to the Header tab.
Under Primary Title, select Change.
Select the field whose value to display as an object’s primary title, then select Save.
Select Publish.
Customize the object’s secondary title
Define which field value to use as the secondary title:
Open the customization dialog from the object header section.
Go to the Header tab.
Under Secondary, select Change.
Select the field whose value to display as an object’s secondary title, then select Save.
Select Publish.
Manage visibility of the additional buttons
Open the customization dialog from the object header section.
Go to the Header tab.
Under Actions, turn on or off the switches next to the button names.
Select Publish.
