Signing in

Access Zilliant Gen AI Analytics through your unique sign-in credentials. The typical username format is an email address. If you do not know your sign-in credentials, reach out to a user in your company with admin permissions. For details, read Roles and permissions.

Confirm account

When a user creates an account, Analytics automatically sends an account confirmation email to the associated email address. Follow the email’s instructions to confirm the account and create a new password.

Passwords must contain:

• At least 8 characters
• At least one each of the following:
  • Lowercase letter (a-z)
  • Uppercase letter (A-Z)
  • Number (0-9)

If you have the Administrator user role, Analytics allows you to resend a user's account confirmation email through Settings:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Go to the end of the account’s row and select Actions.
3. Select Resend Invite.

Reset password

If you have the Administrator user role, Analytics allows you to reset an account’s password from the sign in page or in Settings.

From Settings

1. Go to Settings.
2. Go to the end of the account’s row and select Actions.
3. Select Reset Password.

From Sign In

1. Go to the sign in page.
2. Select Forgot Password?
3. In the Email Address text field, enter the email address associated with your account.
4. Select Reset Password.

If an account with the email address exists, Analytics automatically sends a link to the email address to reset your password.
