Article summary

If you have the Administrator user role, Zilliant Gen AI Analytics allows you to view and manage users in your organization. To view users, go to Settings.

Add a user

  1. Select Add User.
  2. Enter required fields and select a role. For details about user roles, read Roles and permissions.
  3. Select Add.

Analytics sends an account confirmation email to the new account’s email address. For details about account confirmation, read Confirm account.

Edit a user

Analytics allows you to edit active users. For details about user roles, read Roles and permissions.

To edit a user:

  1. Go to the end of their row and select Actions.
  2. Select Edit.
  3. Edit the user’s details.
  4. Select Save.

Deactivate a user

When you deactivate a user, it removes their access to Analytics and changes their status to Inactive. Analytics preserves changes they made while active.

To deactivate a user:

  1. Go to the end of the user account row and select Actions.
  2. Select Deactivate. The Deactivate User? panel appears.
  3. Select Deactivate to confirm.
