Roles determine a user’s permissions in Zilliant Gen AI Pricing Analytics. Users in Analytics must have a role. For how to manage users, read Manage users.
Analytics allows users to have one of two default roles: Administrator and Analyst.
Administrator
The Administrator role grants the user full system access to Analytics.
Assign this role to users to enable them to:
- Manage users and security settings
- Upload transaction data to Analytics
- View data visualizations
- Use Zilliant Gen AI Pricing Data Explorer

Analyst
The Analyst role grants the user full access to data analytics pages. However, Analytics doesn’t allow the user to access system configuration, user management, or security settings.
Assign this role to users to enable them to:
- View data visualizations
- Use Zilliant Gen AI Pricing Data Explorer
