A CPQ integration allows you to directly present account-specific actions as recommended products to sales reps in CPQ, or to customers in eCommerce.

Before you continue

You must set up Sales IQ, Campaign Manager, and CPQ before using them together. They won't generate meaningful product recommendations without the desired accounts and CPQ- or eCommerce-sellable products in scope.

This topic shows how to configure Sales IQ, Campaign Manager, and CPQ's integration.

Integrate Sales IQ and Campaign Manager with CPQ

  1. Set up a target application field in Campaign Manager.
  2. Add a campaign.
    Important

    When completing all required and desired fields in the modal, select a value for Target Application. If you leave this field empty, Campaign Manager won’t send the campaign’s published actions to CPQ.

  3. Add desired action types to the campaign.
  4. Select the campaign, then select the Activate Selected Campaigns worksheet action. For more information about this worksheet action, read Worksheet actions.
  5. Run and publish the campaign.
  6. Map account and product information.
