Localization

Zilliant CPQ provides multi-language support. You can configure localization features for most areas of the interface. To set up multiple languages, use properties files that define label IDs and descriptions.

To view and edit language support properties files:

1. From the application left navigation area, select Administration.
2. From the top navigation bar, select Content Management.
3. In the list, select localization > ui-customization.

Define default folders

You can configure a default folder structure and attachments for accounts, opportunities, and quotes.

To set up the folder structure:

1. From the application left navigation area, select Administration.
2. From the top navigation bar, select Content Management.
3. In the list, select default.

When configuration is complete, enable the default structure:

1. From the application left navigation area, select Administration.
2. From Master Data Management, select Setting Boolean.
3. In the list, select Enable auto copy of default folders on objects
4. Set the value of the Setting Value Boolean switch to YES.

In the following example image, when an opportunity is created, the attachment files are automatically created based on the defined default configuration.
