Filter content

You can filter against empty or non-empty fields to acquire lists of incomplete system objects. Doing this allows you to easily identify and manage unassigned items.

Filter content

1. From the application left navigation area, select Quotes.
2. At the top right of the quotes list page, select the Settings icon.
3. In the Sort/Filter Content tab, define sorting and filtering criteria for data.
4. Select Save.

Filter by the Extended Search condition

On the Sort/Filter Content tab, in the Filter area, select Extended Search.

This option enables you to search for items that contain any words from the search query, ensuring a broader list of matching results.

When you identify unassigned quotes, you can then use Assign Quote to Me to manage them.
