Zilliant CPQ and SAP Sales Cloud integration
Easily and flexibly synchronize quotes from SAP Sales Cloud to Zilliant CPQ. This next-gen integration enables you to:
- Publish to the SAP Integration Suite during the workflow process or through manual export. Extend this framework for customizations, such as triggering an automated external process when a quote is accepted.
- Tailor custom fields at quote, sales item, and partner levels to your specific business needs without assistance.
- Align status mapping with your individual requirements.
- Use Open Data Protocol (OData) services for notifications to seamlessly synchronize account and contact data in real time.
CPQ UI test automation framework (Beta)
With major updates introduced each quarter, it's essential that your specific configurations and enhancements remain intact. Our new UI automation framework empowers you to seamlessly validate updates against your test tenant to identify potential issues in advance. It supports a streamlined testing approach, allowing you to automate testing of critical business cases and reducing manual testing time and effort.
To enable access to the Beta UI automation framework, contact your Zilliant representative. As an early access participant, your insights are invaluable to refining the framework. Your feedback helps to ensure that its capabilities meet your needs and those of the broader customer community.
Streamlined approvals and enhanced notifications for quotes
This release introduces significant improvements to approval gate flows and related email notifications. By merging overlapping approval flows based on roles, we have streamlined the approval process, reduced the number of requests sent to users, and minimized delays.
Highlights and benefits include:
- Faster decision-making and reduced bottlenecks in the approval process, leading to improved turnaround time on quotes.
- Notification settings that ensure all relevant stakeholders are informed at each stage of the approval process.
- Ability to tailor the approval process to specific needs that ensures approval participants receive only relevant notifications.
- Reduced risk of oversight or miscommunication.

Enhanced opportunity selection for quote creation
With this enhancement, we have improved the opportunity selection process in the quote creation flow. The enhancement streamlines the user experience and ensures that you can quickly identify relevant opportunities.
When you create a quote, by default you now see opportunities that are associated with the selected account. When initially presented only relevant selections, you are less likely to overlook important opportunities. Ultimately, this leads to improved sales outcomes.
If you prefer to see all opportunities, select the Show All option to expand the list. This provides you with the flexibility you need to manage various business scenarios.

Transition quote pricing schemes
The system now supports the ability to more easily transition to the active pricing scheme. When interacting with quotes based on a deactivated pricing scheme, you can re-map the quote to the active scheme or perform a pre-submit check before submitting the quote.

Automated task execution after server restart
We have now enabled the ability to run automated tasks immediately after server restarts. This enhancement is designed to optimize system performance by preloading crucial information into memory. This ensures that the system operates efficiently and with minimal latency during critical operations.

Customizable default sales office logic for ERP order creation
We have introduced a Quote to Sales Order Creation Groovy exit to enhance the flexibility and accuracy of the ERP order creation process. This customizable solution allows you to define custom logic for defaulting the Sales Office field, leveraging data from various lookup tables. By using this Groovy exit, you can tailor the Sales Office assignment and other relevant attributes in the Sales Order object to meet your unique business requirements.

Flexible lookup views for streamlined data access
We have introduced a flexible lookup view feature that allows you to customize and include real-time data points for easier access. These lookup views can be accessed via Groovy scripts, and use the same search capabilities as existing lookup tables.
This solution significantly improves performance and usability in complex quoting workflows. It provides faster, more efficient access to quote and sales item data, eliminating the need for OpenAPI calls even when Groovy bindings for these objects are unavailable.
Landing page banner overlay
By default, a gray, gradated overlay to the eCommerce portal banner provides contrast between a light-colored banner image and the header and menu text. You now have the option to switch off this overlay to better align with your organization's brand.
