Analytics identifies key business metrics to help ensure that your pricing strategies are impacting your business as desired. To access these metrics, go to Business. Then select the desired metrics category.
Analytics’s business metrics categories are:
- Margin
- Revenue
- Cost
- Sales Volume
Each category displays its metrics as interactive bar charts. To view granular data for a data point, hover over the data point.
To view the full details of a product or customer, select the product's or customer's bar in a bar chart. This redirects you to Scorecard. For more details, read Scorecard.
Filter by date range
By default, the Business page draws on data from the previous seven days.
To change the date range of displayed data:
- Expand the Date Picker.
- Select a date range.
- Select Apply.
Filter by attributes
To filter the displayed data by different attributes, select Filters . Enter or select values for Product ID, Customer, Country, or Product Category.
The number of active filters on this page appears next to the Filters icon.
Scorecard
Analytics allows you to view the full details of a product or customer. To view these details:
- Go to Scorecard.
- Select Filters .
- Select at least one product or customer, then select Apply.
The number of active filters on this page appears next to the Filters icon.
Scorecard pages display charts related to the product or customer. Depending on the number of related charts generated, move down a page to view more.
