The Quick Start for Agreement Management facilitates the creation, management, and renewal of customer price agreements. This out-of-the-box configuration includes commonly used Deal Manager™ features to enable you to quickly and effectively streamline your agreement management process.

The following features enable you to establish and support all stages of your agreement management process.
Key features
- Add, remove, and edit single and multiple lines in an agreement.
- Import lines into an agreement.
- Set and update the pricing on each product line. Use multiple pricing policy types—fixed price, discount from list, and markup over cost—at different levels of the product hierarchy.
- Use key metrics such as margin, expected revenue, and adherence to price guidance, to evaluate and score agreements at agreement and line levels.
- Automate the agreement approval process according to predefined business criteria.
- Route agreements through multiple approval levels, with thresholds defined by the business.
- Quickly identify agreements approaching expiration, create renewal agreements from a previous agreement, and automatically update primary data and price guidance.
- Create alternative scenarios for an agreement, compare across scenarios, and designate the primary scenario.
Optional features
Some features are not included in the default configuration. The Zilliant implementation team will work with you to enable optional features that enhance or replace default features.
