Article summary

A Sales rep submits an agreement for approval

  1. Open an agreement that has a Weighted Line Score of less than 90% (agreements with a Weighted Line Score above 90% are approved automatically).
  2. If needed, Edit the agreement while it is still in a Draft status.
  3. Select Submit for Approval and enter your comment for the agreement approver.
  4. Select Submit.
  5. Once the agreement is approved, it will have a status of Approved in the header. You will get a notification that the agreement was successfully approved.
  6. Select to Activate the agreement, and its status will automatically change to Active.

A Sales manager approves an agreement

  1. In the agreement that was submitted to you for approval, review the agreement's Lines, Details, and the History of the approval process.
  2. Decide to Approve the agreement or Reject it and send it for further editing. You can add comments to guide the sales rep.
