eCommerce allows you to make certain checkout fields required, such as PO Number. Required fields activate a server-side validation. It is useful to require the PO Number, for example, when pricing behavior can change between the time a user adds an item to their cart and the time they check out.
To manage required checkout fields in eCommerce:
- From the top navigation bar, select your account.
- From the dropdown menu, select Commerce Administration.Note
You must have the Commerce System Administrator role to access this menu item.
- From the left navigation area, select Screen Configuration.
- From the top navigation bar, select Checkout Order.
