Shopping cart

When a user views their shopping cart, eCommerce separates orders and inquiries into two tabs on the page. Each shopping cart item displays attributes and labels for the item, which eCommerce allows you to manage. eCommerce also supports displaying items in list or tile views.

To manage shopping cart display settings in eCommerce:

  1. From the top navigation bar, select your account.
  2. From the dropdown menu, select Commerce Administration.
    Note

    You must have the Commerce System Administrator role to access this menu item.

  3. From the left navigation area, select Screen Configuration.
  4. From the top navigation bar, select Shopping Cart (Order) or Shopping Cart (Inquiry).
