The guided selling feature helps you find products that best fit your customer's requirements. The system uses your answers to a predefined set of questions to create a custom product catalog. You then use this custom catalog to select products to add to a quote.
Administrators define custom questions and answers according to specific scenarios.
Get started with guided selling

From the application, select Quotes from the left navigation area.

Select the Guided Selling tab.
Alternatively, access guided selling from a quote. Select a quote, then select Guided Selling.
- Select a question set to begin answering questions. Answered questions appear on the right side of the page. You can go back to any previously answered question and select a different answer. When you answer the last question, a customized product catalog appears.
- Select products from the custom catalog to add to the quote.
