Product BOM is not available for a BOM explosion trigger

If you don't see a product BOM when defining a BOM trigger, check whether the BOM is linked to the knowledge base.

To link a product BOM to the existing knowledge base:

  1. From the application left navigation area, select Products.
  2. Select a product.
  3. From the top navigation bar, select Knowledge Base.
  4. On the knowledge base row, select , then select Edit knowledgebase.
  5. In the Uses BOM field, select the needed BOM.
  6. Select Update.

I don't know how to define a range trigger based on the quote's sales organization

To define a range trigger based on the quote's sales organization, create a quote attribute with the following search expression:
Quote().hasSalesOrg.objectERPId[0]

Then define the range trigger by following these steps.
