Zilliant CPQ supports integration with Microsoft 365, ensuring automatic synchronization with MS Outlook.

Configure automatic contact creation from the API

1. From the application left navigation area, select Administration.
2. From Master Data Management, select Setting Boolean.
3. Select Auto Contact Creation.
4. Set the Setting Value Boolean switch to YES.

The new contact is added to the system based on the email address, as follows:

• If the email address is not found in the system, and the switch is set to YES, the new contact is created.
• If the email address is not found in the system, and the switch is set to NO, the user is prompted to add a new contact manually.

Check emails that are not in the system

To check emails that were provided by API calls but not found in the system:

1. From the application left navigation area, select Administration.
2. From Master Data Management, select Email.
