Article summary

After uploading customers into Zilliant, you can view their details and exclude them from being assigned campaign actions through the Customers worksheet. Depending on your user permissions, the worksheet will resemble the following image.

Customers worksheet

The Customers worksheet includes the following column referenced by Campaign Manager workflows:

  • Exclusion Flag—Defines customers to exclude from being assigned any campaign actions. This exclusion does not filter campaign actions from the Action Review worksheet, but is considered in the validation step prior to publish.

The Customers worksheet also includes default calculated columns to use for Customer Scope Field values. For more information about customer scope, read Customer scope.

Adjust eligibility

To edit the rules for the Exclusion Flag column:

  1. Go to the top-right corner of the screen and select Column and KPI Settings.
  2. The Column and KPI Settings sidebar appears on the right side of the screen. Go to the Column tab.
  3. Select the Exclusion Flag column card.
  4. Adjust settings in the modal. To refine the column's rules, you can type certain commands as executed in SQL in the Column definition field.
