Create a knowledge base snapshot

Article summary

Snapshots activate a knowledge base, making its configuration available for use. This means that after making any changes to the knowledge base, you must create a snapshot to make the updates active in Zilliant CPQ.

To create a snapshot:

  1. From the application left navigation area, select Products.
  2. Select a product.
  3. From the top navigation bar, select Knowledge Base.
  4. Select a knowledge base.
  5. On the Knowledge Base Snapshots tab, select to create a snapshot.
