Download a knowledge base

Zilliant CPQ allows you to download a product knowledge base in the Excel format.

To download a knowledge base Excel spreadsheet, follow these steps:

1. From the application left navigation area, select Products.

2. Select a product.

3. From the top navigation bar, select Knowledge Base.

4. Select a checkbox next to the needed knowledge base.

5. Select to download the knowledge base Excel spreadsheet.

6. On the Download Options dialog, define the download options:

   • (Optional.) To define new trigger groups in the knowledge base, on the Trigger Groups tab, select the needed trigger group types and the number of sheets for them. The downloaded file will include empty sheets for the selected trigger group types.
   • (Optional.) On the Quote Attributes tab, select the quote attributes to include in the attribute range sheet.

7. Select Download to download the spreadsheet.
