Add a campaign action

A campaign action is the action type attached to a campaign. A campaign can include one or more campaign actions.

To manage a campaign's actions, go to the Campaigns worksheet and toggle the dropdown icon to the left of the desired campaign's ID. Depending on your user permissions, the dropdown worksheet will resemble the following image.

To add a campaign action:

  1. Expand the desired campaign's dropdown worksheet.

  2. Right-click the row of the desired campaign, then select Add Campaign Actions.

  3. Complete all required and desired fields in the modal.

  4. In the bottom-right corner of the modal, select Save.
