Zilliant Revenue Suite

Fall 2025 updates focus on improvements to the user experience, more fully integrating features into our enhanced UI experience.

CPQ user interface upgrade

In this release, the following key updates support a more consistent and intuitive experience in our enhanced UI:

  • Ability to launch the guided selling feature from Agreements and Quotes lists and line item tables

  • New Partners tab within the agreements flow

  • Included Attachments and Price Item tabs

  • Included ERP Helper screen

  • Enhanced list and detail views for quotes integrated into Salesforce

  • Improved PDF report templates

Auto-generated IDs for published agreements

The application now supports a system-generated, unique ID for published agreements. Using a SQL sequence, the system generates the unique ID upon publish, with optional customization supported.

When published, the new ID appears in the Agreement list where you can sort, filter, and search on the value.

Agreement pricing APIs

A new API suite enables external systems to reliably and consistently retrieve pricing details finalized as part of the agreement negotiation process.

The external system—typically a pricing or billing engine—acts as the single source of truth. It pulls data nightly or on demand.

The APIs provide:

  • Real-time and point-in-time lookup

  • Change history and audit trail

  • Pagination for large datasets

  • Handling for missing or invalid pricing

Agreement Deactivate Groovy exit

A new Groovy exit, Agreement Deactivate, triggers when an agreement is set to inactive status. This new exit offers flexibility to execute key business-specific logic during key events and status changes.
