Synchronize product sales area data

Product sales area data is maintained in the MVKE table in SAP ERP. Zilliant CPQ uses this table to get the sales area data for each product when synchronizing product data.

View product sales area data in SAP ERP

To view the product sales area data in SAP ERP, follow these steps:

1. Open SAPGUI.

2. Enter the transaction code se11.

3. In the Database table field, enter MVKE.

4. Select Display.

5. On the Dictionary: Display Table screen, you'll see the following values:

   • MATNR—Material number.
   • VKORG—Sales organization.
   • VTWEG—Distribution channel.

Zilliant CPQ gets the list of sales organizations and distribution channels for each product from the MVKE table. The MATNR value is mapped to the Product ERP ID in Zilliant CPQ.

Enable sales area data synchronization

To enable synchronization of the sales area data for each product, define the following information in Zilliant CPQ:

• ERP ID and sales organization for the related object. To define this data, follow these steps:

  1. From the application left navigation area, select Administration.
  2. From the top navigation bar, select Organizational Unit.
  3. Edit or create an object and define its ERP ID and sales organization.

• ERP ID for the related distribution channel. To define this data, follow these steps:

  1. From the application left navigation area, select Administration.
  2. From the top navigation bar, select Master Data Management.
  3. Scroll or search to locate Distribution Channel and select it from the list.
  4. Edit or create a distribution channel and define its ERP ID.
