Learn about new and enhanced features in Zilliant's Fall 2025 release.
Zilliant Revenue Suite
Fall 2025 updates focus on improvements to the user experience, more fully integrating features into our enhanced UI experience.
CPQ
This release delivers a more consistent, intuitive, and configurable experience across the platform, supporting real-world business workflows with a modern UI framework.
New UI enablement: updated setup required
As part of the Fall 2025 release, we’ve made a few changes to the setup process for enabling the new UI system-wide and making it accessible to more users.
To support this, the new UI is now hidden by default upon update. This change ensures better control and flexibility in managing access across user groups.
If you previously enabled the new UI
You must complete a quick, updated setup to re-enable it.
Read Work with the new UI for steps to enable and configure the new UI in your environment.
When enabled, Zilliant recommends you test your workflows and configurations using the new interface. To move between the classic and new UI, use the Try New UI switch on the menu bar.

Record creation dialogs for quotes and agreements now offer improved usability through flexible field configuration. Admins can:
Add standard and custom fields
Control field visibility and order
Apply localized field labels and values
Configurable tabs in record detail views
Tailor record detail views by reordering or hiding standard tabs, or add custom tabs for business-specific data, such as invoicing, billing, or delivery tracking.
Refinements across the platform
Visual and interaction-level improvements—including improved navigation and workflow—ensure a clean, consistent user experience.
More new features and additions
Improved view for line item detail
Users can view full line item details directly from the line item list without navigating away from a page. This streamlined interaction reduces context switching, avoids unnecessary reloads, and enhances overall efficiency when working with quotes and agreements.
Guided selling launch support
Users can now launch the guided selling feature directly from Quotes and Agreements list pages, as well as from line item tables, streamlining the product configuration process.
New Partners tab in agreement flow
We added a new Partners tab to the agreement lifecycle, allowing users to manage partner-related data in a centralized location.
Attachments and Price Items tabs
New tabs for Attachments and Price Items are now available in relevant records, improving visibility and access to key supporting data.
ERP helper screen integration
A new ERP helper screen assists with ERP-related actions and data mapping, making integrations more transparent and manageable.
Salesforce-integrated List and Detail views for quotes
Enhanced list and detail views for quotes are now available in the Salesforce interface, providing a more unified experience for sales users.
Refreshed UX for test and replace proposal templates
We improved the user experience for replacing proposal templates. You can now upload a modified template, test it within a quote context, and easily replace the existing template—all through a streamlined interface.

API package for agreed and historic prices
A new API suite enables external systems to reliably and consistently retrieve pricing details finalized as part of the agreement negotiation process. The new API package retrieves agreed prices based on account and product context. It supports:
Fetching agreed prices for a specific account

Auto-generated IDs for published agreements
The application now supports a system-generated, unique ID for published agreements. Using a SQL sequence, the system generates the unique ID upon publish, with optional customization supported. When published, the new ID appears in the Agreements list where you can sort, filter, and search on the value.
This enhancement improves traceability, consistency, and audits across the agreement lifecycle.
The system automatically assigns an ID to all agreements published before this release.
