Contract Data

The CP output worksheet relies on the presence of contract data in Contract entities with the following fields populated:

  • Customer Id—Unique ID for the associated Customer entity.

The CP output worksheet also relies on the presence of contract data in Contract Line Item entities with the following fields populated:

  • Product Id—Unique ID for the associated CC Product Group.
  • Contract price—Contracted price for the contract line.

Target Price Guidance

The CP output worksheet relies on target price guidance. For customer-specific price guidance, you can relate this guidance from any worksheet stored at the level of Customer + Product Id combinations.

To view the results of running the CP output worksheet, go to the CP Contracts worksheet. Depending on your user permissions, the worksheet will resemble the following image.

This output worksheet generates results based on Contract Line Items and contains the following metric fields:

  • Start Date—Indicates the first day that the contract is in effect.
  • End Date—Indicates the last day that the contract is in effect.
  • Sold Volume—Sold volume from the corresponding Contract Line Item.
  • Contract Price—Contract price from the corresponding Contract Line Item.
  • Contract Price Ratio of Target—Ratio of the Contract Price to the target price. Contract lines with a Contract Price higher than the target price have a ratio greater than 1.0.
  • Is Active—Calculated column that indicates which contracts are still active. Modify this column as needed to flag the desired contract lines.
  • Current—Contract Price. Modify this calculated column as needed to capture the best measure of the “Current” state for any actions created.
  • Target—Target price. Modify this calculated column as needed to capture the best measure of the “Target” state for any actions created.
