You can define a static filter for tiered pricing and parameter sublines.
Prerequisites
Before configuring this feature, make sure that the following fields are visible and can be edited:
On the Product Selector Configuration object:
- Subline Filter Field Name
- Subline Filter Field Control Value
If the fields are not visible or can't be edited, confirm that they have been added to the object's page layout and are visible in the user's profile. For detailed instructions on how to add fields and check for visibility, refer to Make fields visible or editable.
Configure subline filters
- From the Lightning App Launcher, go to the appropriate Product Selector Configuration.
- In the Details tab, in the Subline Filter Field Name field, enter the API name of the field on the Subline object whose value you want to compare against the value in the Subline Filter Field Control Value.
- Tiered pricing sublines and parameter sublines use the same object and can use the same field.
- If the tiered pricing subline and parameter subline both are using the field with the same API name, the filter will be applied to both types of sublines.
- In the Details tab, in the Subline Filter Field Control Value field, enter a static value that you want to compare against the value in the Subline Filter Field Name value.
- Select Save.
Make sure to clear the Add/Delete Tiered Pricing Sublines checkbox. Otherwise, you can't save the configured changes in the Product Selector Configuration and apply the filter.
