Learn how to define additional report templates and subreport templates.
Additional report templates
- From the application left navigation area, select Administration.
- From the top navigation bar, select Master Data Management.
- Scroll or search to locate Additional Report Template and select it from the list.
- Select an existing template or select to add a template.
- Define the template.
Tip
- The report's name must match the template file name that you have uploaded to the content management system.
- The file's extension must be
.jrxml
.
Subreport templates
Define subreport templates
- From the application left navigation area, select Administration.
- From the top navigation bar, select Master Data Management.
- Scroll or search to locate Sub Report Template and select it from the list.
- Select to add a template.
- Define the template.
- Select Save.
Tip
- The report's name must match the template file name that you have uploaded to the content management system.
- The file's extension must be
.jrxml
.
Assign subreport templates
Note
- You can assign subreports only to proposal reports and to additional reports.
- Subreports cannot have other subreports assigned.
- From the application left navigation area, select Administration.
- From the top navigation bar, select Master Data Management.
- Scroll or search to locate Proposal Report Template and select it from the list.
- From the list of proposal report templates, select a template.
- In the Configuration tab, in the Sub Report Template field, add one or more subreport templates.
- Select Update.
