Activate Lightning record pages

To make the Line Items and Add Lines components available for use, you must first activate three Lightning record pages for Desktop and Mobile. These Lightning record pages can be immediately used as the content for the Deal Manager Contract, Price Lookup, and Deal tabs (typically labeled as Agreements, Quotes, and Deals).

Prerequisites

Before activating the record pages, you must:

1. Enable the native Salesforce Contract functionality in the customer's org.
2. Ensure that the native Salesforce Quote functionality is not enabled in the customer's org.
3. Work with Zilliant DevOps to have the Deal Manager packages installed into the customer's org and configured to communicate with ZCloud data.

Activate the Contract record page

1. From the Setup interface in the customer's org, go to Object Manager and select the native Salesforce Contract object.
2. In the Lightning Record Pages section, select Contract Record Page, then select Edit. This opens the Salesforce App Builder.
3. In the App Builder, activate the page for Desktop and Mobile form factors.

Activate the PriceLookup record page

1. From the Setup interface in the customer's org, go to Object Manager and select the native Salesforce zpl_PriceLookup_c object.
2. In the Lightning Record Pages section, select PriceLookup Record Page, then select Edit. This opens the Salesforce App Builder.
3. In the App Builder, activate the page for Desktop and Mobile form factors.

Activate the Deal record page

1. From the Setup interface in the customer's org, go to Object Manager and select the native Salesforce zpl_Deal_c object.
2. In the Lightning Record Pages section, select Deal Record Page, then select Edit. This opens the Salesforce App Builder.
3. In the App Builder, activate the page for both Desktop and Mobile form factors.
