Article summary

A CPQ integration allows you to directly present account-specific actions as recommended products to sales reps in CPQ, or to customers in eCommerce. To enable this, maintain mappings between account records in Campaign Manager and CPQ, and between product records in Campaign Manager and CPQ.

Before you continue

This topic shows how to manually map account and product records. By default, a complete CPQ integration automatically maps account and product records, and keeps them up to date.

Account mapping

To map an account from Campaign Manager to CPQ:

  1. From the left navigation area of CPQ, select Accounts.
  2. Select an account row.
  3. From the top navigation bar, select Detail.
    Note

If you don't see this menu item, select Open dropdown menu at the right end of the navigation bar, or select the left and right arrows to move through the navigation bar.

  4. In the ERP Id field, enter the corresponding Customer Id value from the Customers worksheet.

Product mapping

To map a product from Campaign Manager to CPQ:

  1. From the left navigation area of CPQ, select Products.
  2. Select a product row.
  3. From the top navigation bar, select Detail.
    Note

If you don't see this menu item, select Open dropdown menu at the right end of the navigation bar, or select the left and right arrows to move through the navigation bar.

  4. In the ERP Id field, enter the corresponding Product Id value from the Sales IQ Products worksheet.
