Zilliant CPQ is built on the SAP Cloud Platform and offers integration options with SAP ERP. Manufacturers use this data in their sales process, from inquiry to order to post-sales activities. The integration enables you to consume and synchronize a range of data types, including:
• Account master data
• Material master data
• Costing and pricing data
• Stock, availability, and credit check
• Equipment and installed base
The integration is built on a standard Business Application Programming Interface (BAPI) for information exchange, and is supported on the SAP Cloud Platform by the SAP Connectivity Service. It is bidirectional, meaning that data can be consumed and created directly in SAP ERP. Data types include sales quotes, sales order, material creation, and made-to-order processes.
Depending on your needs, the CPQ and SAP integration enables you to:
- Bring existing product models from SAP S/4 LOVC to sales teams in a single cloud application
- Build sales models on top of SAP ERP-Materials or simplify the use of SAP-LOVC Models
- Build costing models on top of SAP ERP Materials and other ERP data to be consumed by sales teams
- Create hybrid use cases for special use cases and custom solutions
