Zilliant CPQ activities allow you to:

  • Record and track customer progress
  • Maintain a history of your interactions with customers
  • Schedule actions

You can link all activities to accounts, contacts, quotes, and opportunities.

Enabling activities

Zilliant CPQ activities are enabled by default. They do not require additional configuration.

Scheduling activities

To enable scheduling of activities, Zilliant CPQ enables you to synchronize tasks, appointments, and emails with your customers' Microsoft 365 accounts.
