If your organization uses Zilliant Price Manager and Tableau, your administrator can enable you to access real-time, interactive analytics directly in CPQ. Embedded visual analytics through Tableau provides meaningful insights, such as historical sales trends or product-level margin analysis. Your administrator must configure and enable visual analytics before you can use it.
View visual analytics in agreements under negotiation
Top-level analytics
This analytics view shows the overall insights for your agreement, such as trends across the entire customer account or regional benchmarks. To open it:
From the application left navigation area, select Agreement.
From the top navigation bar, select Agreements (Under Negotiation).
Move through the list or search to locate the agreement, then select it.
From the top button bar, select Actions > Visual Analytics.
Line item-level analytics
This analytics view shows insights for selected line items in your agreement. To open it:
From the application left navigation area, select Agreement.
From the top navigation bar, select Agreements (Under Negotiation).
Move through the list or search to locate the agreement, then select it.
On the Line Items tab, select line items.
From the button bar above the line items table, select View Visual Analytics.
