eCommerce supports an internal comments section for products. When you add comments to a product in Zilliant CPQ, eCommerce displays these comments on the product’s details page. This enables seamless communication within your organization to share insights, reminders, and relevant product details that users outside of your organization can’t see.

Enable internal comments in eCommerce

  1. From the top navigation bar, select your account.
  2. From the dropdown menu, select Commerce Administration.
  3. From the left navigation area, select Screen Configuration.
  4. From the top navigation bar, select Shopping Cart (Order).
  5. Move down to the Comment section near the middle of the page.
  6. Toggle Display Label on, and toggle Hide off.

Add internal comments to products in CPQ

To leave comments on a specific product in Zilliant CPQ, follow these steps:

  1. From the left navigation area, select Products.
  2. Select a product.
  3. From the top navigation bar, select General Information.
  4. Under the Comment column, enter a comment.
