Link action cards to a group

You must link the action cards you configured to an action card group. Doing this enables you to add them to a Lightning page.

1. From the Lightning App Launcher, select Action Card Link To Group Configurations, then select New.

2. In the New Action Card Link To Group Configuration dialog, enter or select values:

   • Action Card Link To Group Config Name—You cannot edit this field. It is pre-populated with the default name Link Record ##, where ## is an auto-number.

   • Action Card Name—​Enter the Action Card Configuration Name of the card.

   • Group—Enter the ​The Action Card Group Configuration Name of the group.

   • Only Records Owned by User—Select this option to display only those records that are owned by the user.

     Sales Planner implementations only

     Do not select this option. It limits all records used in the Action Card Sum, Count and Badge Count fields to those owned by the user that views the Action Card Group. For example, by design, the zpf_ProductGroupAction_c records are owned by the Zilliant Integration User.

   • Card Order—​Enter the desired display order of the card in the group.

   • Action Card Visibility—Optionally select any condition under which the action card should be hidden from the group.

3. Select Save.
