Follow the procedure below to create a column in the shared analytics entity and link it to your scenario:
- Create a column in the analytics entity.
- Add a column to the scenario configuration.
Create a column in the analytics entity
- From Zilliant's IQ Interface, navigate to the Configuration tab.Note
Access to the Configuration tab is limited. If you can't access it, contact your administrator.
- On the leftmost panel, in the General Configuration section, select Entities.
- Select your shared analytics entity.
- In the Fields section, select Add New Field.
- Enter information or make selections to create a column.
- Select Save.
Add a column to the scenario configuration
- From the Price IQ Manager Dashboard, expand the Setup folder.
- Select the Scenario Config workbook.
- On the Scenario Params worksheet, verify that you've defined your shared analytics entity in the Analytic Target Entity column for the needed scenario.
- On the Fields worksheet, locate a row for a field you want to publish into the shared analytics.
- In that row, in the Analytic Target column, enter the system name of the column from the shared analytics entity.
The application will populate the new column in the shared analytics after you optimize prices in your scenario.
