CSV-related import features (such as creating a new worksheet by importing a CSV file) may not work correctly if you have disabled the Google Sheets extension in the Google Chrome browser.

If you're having problems with CSV-related features, ensure that the Google Sheets extension is installed and enabled.

Salesforce tabs that display IQ Interface workbooks appear empty of content in Firefox browser. The workaround is to use the Google Chrome browser when working with IQ Interface.

To resolve this issue, environment admins can remove the Utility menu from any apps that use the IQ Interface.

1. Go to Setup > App Manager.
2. Select Edit on the app where you want to remove the Utility menu.
3. Select Utility Items.
4. Remove the menu, then select Save.

IQ Interface doesn't have a fixed limit of filters and sorting conditions you can apply in a worksheet. However, there is a technical limitation on the URL length generated to query the worksheet data. The maximum URL length is 2048 characters.

As a result, the number of filters and sorting conditions you can apply is dynamic and depends on:

• System names of the fields being filtered
• Filter values
• Number of filters
• Number of sorting conditions

If a URL exceeds the character limit, IQ Interface displays an error message indicating that it can't filter and sort the worksheet data. To resolve this issue, you can:

• Reduce the number of filters and sorting conditions.
• Use range operators for filtering to reduce the number of characters in the URL.
