Summer 2026 advances the modernization of Zilliant CPQ and Agreements with enhancements focused on four key areas: modern user experience, administrator customization, productivity improvements, and business flexibility.
New UI for quotes, agreements, accounts, and contacts
Modern Accounts and Contacts experience
This release introduces redesigned Accounts and Contacts pages in the new UI, bringing these resources in line with the modern Quote and Agreement experience.
Users can now work with accounts and contacts through a faster, more intuitive interface that supports search, filtering, sorting, saved searches, and flexible column management. Core actions such as creating and deleting records and opening related information remain available.
Administrators can customize the experience by configuring layouts, columns, labels, actions, and UI Profiles through the new UI customization framework. Redesigned detail pages also provide a responsive and consistent experience across Zilliant CPQ while supporting future extensions.
This enhancement makes account and contact management easier to navigate, more adaptable to business needs, and more consistent with the rest of the new UI.

Improved search, filtering, and grouping for line items
This release introduces new search, filtering, grouping, and column management options for quote and agreement line item tables in the new UI.
You can now use a global search to find matching values across the line item table and combine it with filters applied to individual columns. New filtering controls make active filters easier to identify and let you filter directly by entering or selecting values.
In list view, you can also group line items by dragging supported columns to the row-grouping area. You can add multiple columns to create hierarchical groups.
These enhancements make it easier to navigate large quotes and agreements, isolate the line items you want to review, and prepare filtered selections for actions such as mass editing.

Search, filter, sort, and group data in line item tables
Updated main navigation
We updated the main navigation menu to align it with the new UI and provide new entry points to commonly used areas of Zilliant CPQ.
The menu remains on the left side of the screen, but its structure and behavior have changed.
A new Create button is now available for starting supported workflows and creating new records.
Configuration areas are now available from the Settings menu instead of appearing as separate items in the main navigation. To access Administration, Schema Extensibility, System Processes, Model, Lookup, or Pricing, go to the left navigation panel, select Settings, and then select the needed option.
These changes make the navigation more consistent with the new UI and provide clearer entry points for creating records and accessing configuration areas.
Note
Documentation updates for the new navigation are ongoing. Some topics currently describe only how to access these areas from the classic view, while others include instructions for both the classic view and the new UI.
Customizable columns for table widgets
Administrators can now customize which columns appear in table widgets in the new UI.
When creating or editing a Table Tile widget, administrators can use the new Table Customization option to hide unnecessary columns and rearrange the remaining columns. By default, the widget includes all columns from the selected saved search.
This enhancement makes it easier to tailor widgets to specific business needs, reduce unnecessary information, and display more relevant records within the available widget space.

Smart navigation between lists and records
The new UI now preserves your position and applied settings when you navigate from a supported list to a record and then return to the list.
When you return, the list opens where you left it, with the same scroll position, filters, and search criteria. The application also updates the record you modified without reloading the entire list. If the updated record no longer matches the applied filters, it is removed from the displayed results.
Smart list navigation is available for account, agreement, and quote lists in the new UI.
This enhancement provides a faster, more fluid navigation experience and helps you continue working without repeatedly finding your previous position in a list.
Conditional field editability
Administrators can now dynamically control whether quote and agreement fields are editable, read-only, visible, or hidden based on the current values of other attributes.
You can configure conditional editability for attributes at both the header and line-item levels by using Groovy or IMC script. When the value of a configured attribute changes, the script evaluates the applicable business conditions and immediately updates the state of the affected attributes.
This enhancement provides users with immediate guidance during quote creation and agreement negotiation, prevents input in fields that are not relevant to the current business condition, and reduces the need for post-save validation scripts.

Configure conditional field editability
Greater control over pre-delivered master data
Administrators can now exclude pre-delivered master data entries that are not relevant to their organization’s workflows.
Standard entries such as partner functions, product types, and document types can be marked as Exclude from Workflows. Excluded entries remain in the system to preserve existing references and system integrity, but they no longer appear in applicable dropdown menus and selection lists.
This enhancement helps reduce irrelevant options, streamline user-facing workflows, and align available master data with each organization’s business processes.
