Before submitting a quote for approval, you can check it for:
- Available product substitutions
- New knowledge base versions
- Inactive products
- Products whose type changed from configurable to classified
- Inactive pricing schemes
To run presubmission checks on a quote:

On the bottom button bar, select Pre-submit Checks.

Select the checks to run, then select Run Selected Checks.
If the application detects any issues, the Pre-submit Checks Result dialog appears. Resolve the issues or close the dialog.
Tip
If only one of the presubmission checks is available in your profile, you won't see the Pre-submit Checks button. Instead, you'll see one of the following buttons, depending on the available check:
- Material Substitutions
- New Knowledge Base Versions
- Inactive Products
- Configurable to Classified Products
- Inactive Pricing Scheme
