If you have the Business Administrator role, eCommerce allows you to adjust orders submitted for review. eCommerce also allows you to view inquiries and create quotes from inquiries through Zilliant CPQ.

View an order
- Go to Zilliant CPQ.
- From the left navigation area, select Orders.
- Select an order.
Adjust an order
- Go to the eCommerce application.
- From the top navigation bar, select your account.
- From the dropdown menu, select Order History.
- From the top navigation bar, select Placed By Others.
- To the right of an order with a Pending Review status, select View.
eCommerce allows you to perform the following actions to an order that is pending review:
- Place Order—The order will be placed as is and the eCommerce application will display a success message if the order was correctly placed. The user who created the order will receive a respective email notification.
- Amend and Review—The user will be redirected to a checkout revision page where they can remove products and change quantities before placing the order. The user who created the order will receive a respective email notification.
- Reject—The order will not be placed. The user who created the order in the first place will receive a respective email notification.
View an inquiry
- Go to the eCommerce application.
- From the top navigation bar, select your account.
- From the dropdown menu, select Order History.
- From the top navigation bar, select Inquired By Others.
- To the right of an inquiry, select View.
Create a quote from an inquiry
- Go to Zilliant CPQ.
- From the left navigation area, select Quotes.
- From the top navigation bar, select Commerce Inquiries.
- In an inquiry row, select More options.
- Select Copy Quote or Convert To Quote.
