Logo and browser settings

If you have the Commerce System Administrator role, eCommerce allows you to manage the eCommerce application’s logos and browser settings.

To access these settings:

  1. From the top navigation bar, select your account.
  2. From the dropdown menu, select Commerce Administration.
  3. From the left navigation area, select Global Settings.
  4. From the top navigation bar, select General.

Maintain the following elements:

  • Corporate Color Logo—Logo that appears in the top navigation bar.
  • Corporate White Logo—Logo that appears only on the landing page in a transparent navigation bar.
  • Fav Logo—Logo that appears in the browser tab.
  • Company Name—Name that appears in the browser tab.
  • Logout Page—Page that users are redirected to when they log out of the eCommerce application. If you leave this field blank, users will be redirected to the eCommerce login page.

Entering a URL in the Logout Page field can provide a smooth browsing experience for users based on your needs. For example, instead of providing a separate URL, companies may add deep links to the navigation button in their corporate website to direct their clients to the eCommerce product detail page. These types of deep links are either ERP ID or External ID.

When a user selects the deep link on the corporate website to navigate to the eCommerce page, logging out of eCommerce can bring the user immediately back to the corporate website.
