Document flow in quotes

Sales reps can track separate steps in a consistent manner in a document flow that provides insights into each step. The document flow demonstrates the quote's exact place in the entire business process, indicates which documents have been processed, and creates a full picture of the business flow.

For example, a document flow in a quote can show a linked opportunity and sales order and specify their completion status.

View the document flow

1. From the application left navigation area, select Quotes.
2. Select a quote from the list.
3. From the top navigation panel, select Document Flow.
4. View each step in the flow.
