Sales reps can track separate steps consistently in a document flow that provides insights into each step. The document flow demonstrates the quote's exact place in the entire business process, indicates which documents have been processed, and creates a full picture of the business flow.
For example, a document flow in a quote can show a linked opportunity and sales order and specify their completion status.
View the document flow
From the application left navigation area, select Quotes.
Select a quote from the list.
From the top navigation panel, select Document Flow.
View each step in the flow.
