When possible, Zilliant documentation avoids using biased language. We have maintained some terms to avoid affecting customer implementations.
The Zilliant CPQ application offers multi-currency support. Administrators can configure currencies, respective exchange rates, and conversions.
Configure currencies
- From the CPQ application left navigation area, select Administrator.
- In Master Data Management, browse or search for Currency, then select it to configure currencies.
Select a currency entry to view its details. To set decimal places for a currency type, enter a value in currencyDecimalPlaces.
Conversion and exchange rates
Set exchange rates when converting from one currency to another. Select Administrator, then select Exchange Rate to configure exchange rates.
You must maintain each conversion bi-directionally. For example, when converting between USD and AUD, you must maintain entries for AUD-USD and USD-AUD.
Select the conversion entry to create or edit details for:
- Base currency
- Target currency
- Exchange rate
- Valid until date
